Pat Leyland, Partner

Pat Leyland is a partner at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. Actively involved in the music industry for over 20 years, Pat has been with the law firm since its inception in 2006. He generally practices in the areas of intellectual property and corporate/commercial law, with a particular focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in relation to the music industry.

Sarah Falzon, Associate

Sarah Falzon is an associate at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. Adrian Barnardo, Associate

Adrian Barnardo is an associate at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016-2017. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017. Adrian is a graduate of California State University (B.A. in Political Science & Government) and Osgoode Hall Law School (J.D.). He practices generally in the area of entertainment and media law.

Saralyn Purdie, Associate

Saralyn is an associate at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. Saralyn was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022, and joined the firm in 2023. Based out of Vancouver, Saralyn represents a variety of the firm’s music and entertainment clients.

Shayna Jan, Associate

Shayna Jan is an associate at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. Shayna joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023. She was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2023 and now practices generally in the areas of entertainment and media law.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Liberty Village neighbourhood in Toronto, our office is within walking distance from the TTC streetcar route on King Street and the GO Transit stops at Exhibition Station, and it is easily accessible by car via the Gardiner Expressway.

You can find us on the 3rd floor (Suite 330) of the Liberty Market Building located at 171 East Liberty Street.
